Sports Camps

Attend one of our camps today!

Athletic Dynamics has developed a number of sports specific conditioning camps. These camps are designed to educate and physically prepare the athlete for their specific sports. We use the same techniques as our team training sessions to increase speed, power, and quickness in your sport specific movements while decreasing the risk of injury.

We will come into your facility and run a private camp focusing on your specific team's needs. We can run a week long intensive mini-camp or a 6-8 week conditioning camp to help structure a weekly program for your athletes. Contact us about running a camp at your facility today.

 
 

Add a Certified Strength Coach to your camp:

Add one of our strength coaches to your staff and upgrade your camper’s experience. By giving them access to a professional strength coach you will be giving them the same advantages as the professionals. We will design a specific program for each age group, sport, or position to give your athletes, the tools to take them to peak performance. Each program is designed by a practicing Orthopedic Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

2005 Sports Camps

Albany Sport Specific Functional Training Sessions

Speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention program for all sports. The programs are designed to help athletes get quicker, faster and stronger while preventing common injuries in their given sport. Individual focus will be given to each athlete in a small group setting. (maximum of 6 athletes)

Sessions Start: Weekly ongoing program

Boys and Girls Ages 10-13
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Boys and Girls Ages 14 and UP
Mondays & Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Right across the street from Heritage Park.

Cost:

$140 for 8 sessions
(2x/week for 4 weeks)

$75 for 4 Sessions
(1x/week for 4 weeks or 2x/week for 2 weeks)

Ongoing program, start at any time during the month.
