Individual & Private Group
Private group or individual training is designed to give the athlete
an opportunity to get supplemental training and education during
pre-season, off- season, and in-season. Each program is specifically
designed to focus on the group or individual's goals.
The backbone of all our programs is to educate and
facilitate the athlete in basic movement skills and strength training
exercises to establish a strong foundation for program progression.
As each individual's ability improves, we progress them toward maximum
peak performance based on set goals.
