Team Training

The backbone of team training is to educate and facilitate the athletes in basic movement skills and strength training exercises to establish a strong foundation to capitalize on their potential. As each team's ability improves, we progress them toward maximum peak performance based on the team's set goals. This process is applicable to all sports and all teams. Each sports program is designed based on the specific physical demands and movements of the given sport.

Because your time is valuable, our staff will train in your facilities. If your facilities are unavailable or insufficient, we will train your team in the best available partner location.

 
 
Team training consists of:

Pre assessment

Program design based on sport specific movement

Progression Monitoring during each team session
